Booking Policy – White Card Face to face

  1. If you fail to bring appropriate identification on the day you, you will not be eligible for a refund – you will have to reschedule your course, paying the full course fee. BE PREPARED. 
     
  2. If you are found not yet competent for a course, there is no refund.
     
  3. Reschedulations/cancellations made be made at least 48 hours in advance, regardless of when the booking was made ($29 non-refundable booking fee).
     
  4. Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable/non-transferable.
     
  5. You MUST KNOW ENGLISH (read, write and speak), if you are not sure, please do not proceed with the booking. If you proceed to book and you do

 

Booking Policy – White Card Virtual Webinar

  1. If you fail to bring appropriate identification on the day you will not be eligible for a refund – you will have to reschedule your course, paying full course fee again.
     
  2. If you are late to the meeting more than 15 minutes, you will not be eligible for a refund, full course fee for re-enrolments. 
     
  3. If you fail to bring appropriate PPE on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund – you will have to reschedule your course, paying full course fee again.
     
  4. If you do not advise of us any problems you have with technology before the course date, you will not be eligible for a refund. Full course fee applies for further bookings
